About Camilla Timmer
Camilla brings a unique perspective in providing exceptional HR support and recruitment services to the community. With over 10 years of diverse industry recruitment support in the Westman area, she understands the importance of that personal touch in recruitment and getting to know the companies we work with, skillsets needed, but also work culture fit. Her excitement is in hiring great people for great organizations! She brings a unique outside-of-the-box perspective and drive to create that perfect employee-employer match. She is also our go-to for Manitoba labour standards.
Camilla Timmer became a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) in 2018. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from U of M and a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources from ACC. Camilla joined the team at West-Can HR in 2012 and became a Co-Owner in 2017. Camilla’s drive and interest lies in providing our clients with exemplary service when helping them with all aspects of their human resource requirements. Her extensive experience includes providing effective and efficient internal HR support within a variety of industries including supporting the employee/employer relationship, policy development and providing personal and informed recruitment solutions. Her favorite part of her position is meeting clients and employees alike and discussing their passions, business and career path.
Camilla and her husband have two young boys and are very busy on off hours trying to keep up to them. Brandon is their forever home, and they look forwards to raising their family in this great community.
