West-Can Human Resource Solutions is currently seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a large grain farm near Oak River, Manitoba

What You Will Do:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including basic bookkeeping, spreadsheet data entry and payroll
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, supplier and loans and leases statements
  • Responsible for accounts payable and facilitating payments
  • Scan and electronically file all documents
  • Maintain proper accounting records, by managing invoicing and receiving payments
  • Accurately maintain financial transactions
  • Other duties as assigned by the CFO and farm ownership team

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience in office management and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks (QBO)
  • Has a strong understanding of grain farm operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
