Office & Services Administrator – ACC Students Association

Job Description

The Office & Services Administrator is a full-time staff member of the ACCSA and the first point of contact in the ACCSA Main Office for students. This position provides exceptional customer service accompanied by a professional and friendly attitude.

Among the most important responsibilities as an SA staff member, is to exemplify the SA spirit and encourage all students to get involved and take advantage of the services and opportunities provided by our organization.


The Office & Services Administrator will greet students and provide them in information about the student’s association, student health benefits and facilitate correspondence through phone or email.

  • Foster an inviting service environment for students and customers
  • Serve as main point of contact for the ACCSA, address inquiries from student and assist as required
  • Assist students and College administration understand and access a diverse selection of health plan services, such as health and dental and provincial health coverage
  • Ensure the ACCSA Main office and its services are accessible to students during regular office hours
  • Deliver a wide variety of services internal to the ACCSA, as well as liaise with other community service partners to provide a holistic support system for students.
  • Edit, maintain, and create standard operating procedures, forms and reports as needed to ensure efficient internal operations.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and assist with light board functions
  • Maintain a competent awareness and understanding of all ACCSA services & programs to answer questions from students and community members.


  • Post-secondary level education in business, office skills or customer service, or equivalent combination of education and or experience.
  • Experience in the insurance industry considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks online is an asset.
  • Must have dependable vehicle and proof of valid Driver’s License.
