Dauphin Consumers Co-op is hiring a Meat Department Manager at their Food Store in Dauphin, MB.

Dauphin Consumers Co-op has the perfect opportunity for you! As the Meat Department Manager, you will take a hands-on leader approach to the day- to-day operations of the Meat Department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage daily operations to meet brand, quality, and delivery goals.
• Lead team through hiring, training, performance management, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with Co-op standards on merchandising, safety, and loss prevention.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Grade 12 diploma with 3+ years of leadership experience (retail or meat cutting is an asset).
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and trustworthy.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
