FARM LABOURER – FOTHERINGHAM FARMS

Job Description

Are you ready to be an essential part of a successful farm operation? We’re looking for a dedicated Farm Labourer to join Fotheringham Farms Ltd. This role involves supporting all field and farm operations, working independently, and taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Monday to Friday daytime schedule

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operate farm machinery safely, including sprayers, air drills, combines, grain carts, and track hoes.
• Utilize equipment for soil preparation, planting, spraying, seeding, and harvesting crops.
• Communicate crop status, input usage, and equipment maintenance needs.
• Assist in identifying weeds, pests, and crop issues.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Previous experience working in agriculture and an understanding of the farming lifestyle.
• Ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and have experience with agricultural repairs and maintenance.
• Experience driving large machinery and farm equipment
