Job Description
Our client in Brandon is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with corporate policies. This role is responsible for cash flow management, month-end financial close, and liaising with senior management to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Controller will streamline administrative functions and maintain financial efficiency to support business growth and operational success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), inventory, and bank transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end reconciliation
- Prepare and deliver financial statements and reporting packages
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA designation is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
