Better Air Manufacturing is seeking a Plastic Machine Operator to support their production team in Rossendale, MB. In this role, you’ll contribute to the creation of high-quality products within a busy manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to grow within a well-established Manitoba company.

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operate molding machines, and clean and trim finished products
• Perform quality checks to meet company standards
• Assist with machine adjustments and changeovers
• Keep your work area clean and organized

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Valid Class 5 licence and reliable vehicle
• Physically able to bend and lift
• Able to operate hand, power, and specialty tools
• Production experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
