CNC MACHINIST

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and seeing your work come to life? This position reports to Machine Shop Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using G-code as well as CAM software programing.
•  Interpret drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements
•  Optimize programs, tooling, and processes for efficiency and quality
•  Perform machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and fixturing
•  Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
•  Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new and existing projects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Red Seal Machinist (Journeyman) certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Proficiency in G-code as well as Cam software programing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
