Redfern Farm Services is seeking a progressive agricultural leader to oversee our Virden location and help shape the future of one of Manitoba’s most respected independent ag retailers.This is more than a branch management role. it’s an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and make a meaningful impact on local agriculture.

The successful candidate will serve as both a business leader and trusted advisor, balancing operational excellence, financial performance, employee development, and customer success.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Location Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, and performance of the Virden operation. You will champion customer success, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial stewardship while ensuring the location remains a trusted partner to farmers throughout the region.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and empower a high-performing team.
  • Drive profitable growth across agronomic and crop input business lines.
  • Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
