About Holly Van Zeben
Holly is a driven and systematic HR Manager who specializes in recruitment and HR advising in the agriculture industry. Holly also supports West-Can HR’s business development and helps to lead our team to success. Holly has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Brandon University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Red River College. She is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
Holly is passionate about reviewing the HR needs of an organization and implementing effective solutions. She focuses on clients whose businesses have grown, but their HR functions have not. Depending on the client’s needs, this can include HR advising, conflict resolution, performance management, and adding HR systems/processes (policy manuals, employment contracts, job descriptions etc.) Holly thrives on connecting with our clients, really getting to know organizations, building relationships with employers/employees, and helping employers recruit, develop, and retain great employees.
Outside of work, Holly can usually be found close to home, spending time with family, and volunteering her time with the United Way Brandon to further support our community.
