West-Can HR Solutions was born in 1996 out of need for HR focused support to other Westman based businesses. Over the years, Tim Silversides, West-Can’s original owner, developed robust systems and processes to deliver HR support. Having contributed to and benefited from the amazing success West-Can HR brings to the community, Camilla and Rob purchased West-Can HR in 2017.

Camilla Timmer, a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), worked as an employee at West-Can HR since 2012 and continues to provide local HR support and strategic recruitment to our many clients. Rob Starkell holds a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from U of M, has a wealth of real-world business experience with Global Fortune 500 companies, and continues to consult on business process improvements and organizational right-sizing through the lens of HR. Together with their team of HR professionals, West-Can HR are the matchmakers of career opportunities in Westman!

With focused attention on their clients’ needs, West-Can HR utilize their combined experience and talents to accomplish success in whatever challenge their clients require.
