Shape the minds of tomorrow! This role will provide a structured, engaging space for young learners to develop core skills like reading, writing, and math. You’ll promote the students’ overall development through planned lessons, activities, and assessments while adhering to the provincial curriculum and identifying the individual learning needs of each student.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Teaching basic academic skills like reading, writing, and arithmetic
- Encouraging listening skills while making subjects fun and interesting
- Leading students in activities to promote their physical, mental, and social development and school readiness
- Keeping up with changing technologies and teaching techniques
- Supervise teacher aids and ECEs
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
- Familiarity of educational standards
- Inventiveness & creativity
- Passion for educational equality
- Knowledge of the Dakota Language would be an asset
