WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including preparation and distribution of invoices
- Coordinate shipping and receiving documentation and communication
- Support data entry for accounts payable and receivable
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and logistics partners
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Office administration training or equivalent experience preferred
- Required: customer service and administrative experience
- Experience in logistics, bookkeeping, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) valued
- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
