West-Can HR is currently recruiting on behalf of Inventronics for an Assembly Monitor position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Sup assembly work centers, people and equipment for efficient work
• Monitor work in process and finished product to ensure meets specifications
• Assemble and/or package product as required
• Maintain related equipment, keep a clean and organized work area
• Follow the procedures within the Inventronics Quality Management System
• Perform additional duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Ability to read/interpret drawing packages and instruction documents of varying complexity
• Accurate wanding to work orders for setup, labor and materials
• Ability to efficiently assemble simple cabinets
• Ability to organize the work area and assign tasks so that packaged kits and basic cabinets or assemblies are produced efficiently
• Demonstrate compliance with the procedures outlined in the General Workmanship Standard
• Competence with hand tools, machinery and various fastening hardware
