Do you have a passion for parts, a knack for problem-solving, and a background in a trade or mechanical environment? Glendale Industries is looking for a motivated Parts Person to join their growing team in Brandon.
This is more than just an order-desk role, it is a position with real variety, room to grow, and a clear path into management for the right candidate. This position will be reporting to the Parts Manager.

- Consistent, predictable hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor facility inventory to maximize revenue and meet production needs.
- Research, troubleshoot, and supply all parts requirements to production staff and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction in person, by phone, and by email.
- Maintain the flow of parts to and from the production department.
- Coordinate purchasing and shipping to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of product.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for customers and internal projects.
- Coordinate work orders and requests for quotation with customers as required.
- Maintain parts work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately within the ERP system.
What You Will Need:
- Industry-related experience and solid mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with basic Microsoft Office programs.
- A team player who communicates well and contributes positively to the people around them.
- Self-motivated, positive, and dependable
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects as required.
