Creasy Hot Tubs & Billiards Ltd. is seeking a Part-time Assistant Bookkeeper who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with QuickBooks accounting software and spreadsheets. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
• Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits
• Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (e.g., Sage)
•  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail with solid numerical aptitude and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
