WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Perform general office duties like filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff coordination
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as needed
  • Order and manage office supplies and maintain organized records
  • Provide administrative support to production and management teams

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger processes, is considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
