DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own and hit or exceed annual sales targets outlined by our supplier partners.
  • Encourage the building and maintenance of strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.
  • Fully grasp and understand the fire service market, regions and anticipate market trends.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience in leading sales and marketing efforts across multiple sales channels.
  • Ability to Lead, Manage, and hold sales and marketing staff Accountable (LMA).
  • Desire to serve the Canadian Fire Service.
