The Director of Human Resources plays a pivotal role in ensuring both exceptional employee support and effective organizational management. This is a leadership role responsible for managing the organization’s human resource needs while supporting the design and implementation of workplace policy and procedure to support the employees of the Wayway Development corporation. This dual-function position requires a strategic thinker who can balance employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance with fostering enriching, community-based experiences for the Waywayseecappo community and its employees.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop & implement recruitment strategies, HR policies, and operational processes to meet organizational needs.
- Advise employees on HR policies, benefits programs, and career opportunities.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and coordinate succession planning.
- Research and implement employee benefits and other compensation elements.
- Support budgeting efforts to align HR initiatives with financial constraints.
- Ensure effective communication of policy & expectations across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws and ensure accurate and timely HR record-keeping.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Degree or certificate in Human Resource management.
- Extensive experience working in HR and leading teams.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
