BRANCH MANAGER ADVISOR – ROYAL BANK OF CANADA
Are you a driven professional passionate about leading, mentoring, and making an impact in your community? Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Branch Manager Advisor for their Oakland–Wawanesa branch.
This hybrid leadership and advisory role is responsible for overall branch retail performance, including new client acquisition and deepening existing client relationships. You will lead, onboard, and coach a team of direct reports while delivering expert advice to meet complex client needs across everyday banking, investments, and credit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Drive overall retail performance within the branch through new client acquisition, relationship deepening, and sustainable business growth.
- Lead, coach, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of advisors, fostering engagement, accountability, and a strong coaching culture.
- Deliver a differentiated, end-to-end client experience through deep discovery, client-centric advice, and tailored solutions that meet complex financial needs.
- Increase the quantity and quality of client interactions by applying strong quality contact and practice management routines.
- Act as the local face of RBC, proactively connecting clients to the right One RBC partners and Centres of Influence to unlock opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing risk, costs, branch standards, and revenue integrity while leading change aligned to national and regional strategies.
- Conduct meaningful discovery conversations to understand client needs and financial circumstances, using tools and calculators to provide client-centric advice, match solutions, and document consent.
- Apply strong quality contact and practice management routines to increase the number and quality of weekly client interactions and booked appointments.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration in finance an asset
- Leadership experience considered as an asset
- Experience in both business and personal banking an asset
- Ability to communicate through most platforms
- Ability to complete needed accreditation and gain licenses within a specified time frame.
- Strategic planner, proactive, and intuitive leader.
