Process Server – Part Time

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a challenging work environment? Trend Collection and Bailiff Services is looking out for Process Server (Part time) as a Contractor for their Brandon location who will be responsible for delivering documents throughout Southwestern Manitoba in accordance with the rules of law, while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Traveling throughout assigned territory to deliver documents to correct address and recipient
• Confirm recipient’s identity before document delivery
• Adhere to the rules of law throughout the process serving operation
• Document in detail any notes and/or communications with clients or recipient, and relaying important information to office staff
• Research recipient and coordinate the best time to deliver documents with the least amount of disruption and attention
• Provide this service to the public in a professional manner, communicating with recipient and presenting them with helpful resources to assist in the process

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Education in Business Administration, Justice or Law would be an asset
• Strong communication skills and ability to use iPhone technology – Google maps and apps effectively
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Clear Driver’s Abstract
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be self motivated and flexible with schedule
• Ability to qualify for a Manitoba Collections License
