                    COLLECTIONS  ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Trend Collection and Bailiff Services is currently seeking a Collections Administrative Clerk to join their team in Winnipeg. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
Trend Collection and Bailiff Services have 2 locations in Manitoba. The office is central to bus route in the heart of Winnipeg. They offer a Monday to Friday daytime schedule, Employee Medical plan paid by employer after 3 months probation, vacation time and competitive wage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist with customer inquiries using professionalism while following payment processing protocols
  • Updating pertinent information in the Collection database.
  • Set up and administer collect tracking, Printing and signing Collection batch letters Working Collection files
  • Support with filing of new court files, garnishment orders and other collection processes.
  • Assemble legal packages for process serving.
  • Attend Courthouse for filings, Prepare files for small claims court

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or office experience.
  • Experience working in collections or legal office would be an asset
  • Strong computer skills using MS office with a focus on word and excel.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
