REPOSSESSION ADMINISTRATOR
Trend Collection and Bailiff Services is looking out for Repossession Administrator who will be responsible for creating and tracking workload in addition to reporting to internal (bailiff and management) and external clients (law firms and repossession or financial companies).
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
Trend Collection and Bailiff Services have 2 locations in Manitoba. The office is central to bus route in the heart of Winnipeg. They offer a Monday to Friday daytime schedule, Employee Medical plan paid by employer after 3 months probation, vacation time and competitive wage that varies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Communicating with internal and external clients regarding files via obtaining updates from bailiffs, doing google searches and other phone calls as needed.
- Researching projects to find repo solutions for both internal and external clients.
- Working with Adobe, Excel, and Word programs to produce industry specific documents like Notices of Seizure.
- Ensure bailiffs get files and follow up in a timely manner.
- Invoicing clients as required by contracts including all details.
- Contacting debtors to explain and educate regarding catching up repo files.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Clear criminal record and qualify for a Manitoba Collectors’ license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in accounting and banking rules
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse community.
