WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and support the nursing team.
• Oversee resident care and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and the nursing budget.
• Promote resident safety and continuous quality improvement.
• Work closely with residents, families, and the leadership team to provide excellent care.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor of Nursing (Master’s preferred) and current Registered Nurse (RN) registration in Manitoba.
• 5+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in long-term care and knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other computer systems.
