Glendale Industries is looking for a hands-on Lead Hand to join their Mechanical Install team in Brandon, MB.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and support the Mechanical Install team in daily operations
• Ensure safety, quality, consistency, and adherence to production schedules
• Provide hands-on support and lead by example on the production floor
• Mentor and train team members to support skill development and team success
• Coordinate department activities to maintain efficient workflow and productivity
• Work under the direction of the Tank Production Manager

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong mechanical background required. Three years in a similar role would be an asset but is not required.
• Training or certificate in any mechanical trade would be an asset but is not required.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must also be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.
