Job Description

The Sales Administrator works closely with Acres’ dealers to build comprehensive, accurate quotes and provides them with updates on production, design, and post-delivery service. The Sales Administrator has a strong understanding of our production process and flow through their comprehensive knowledge and use of our ERP system (M1), thereby enabling them to provide updates to quotes, bill of materials, and other production related process documents throughout the production cycle for any given customer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Sales support through customer quotes, purchase/sales orders, job conversion, and production cycle.
  • ERP system administration of functional workflows, scheduling, and product costing.
  • Draft quotes in response to new customer sales queries from the sales team ensuring quotes are 100% accurate and delivered on schedule.
  • Process job change orders and communicate with customers.
  • Work closely with design engineers and shop floor leads though production cycle to ensure ERP system full reflects workflow and costing for each product.
  • Update ERP system workflows, bill of materials, etc. as needed to keep accurate product costing and documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Post-secondary education in business or related field.
  • Strong customer service / professional communication skills.
  • Technology focused problem-solver
