Truck Driver / Delivery Specialist

This hands-on role combines professional driving, customer service, and warehouse support to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time throughout Canada and the United States.

What You Will Do

  • Safely and professionally operate a tractor and 53-foot trailer throughout Canada and the USA.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections every shift.
  • Secure loads and ensure freight arrive in excellent condition and on time.
  • Accurately complete delivery documentation, shipping records, and border-crossing paperwork.
  • Operate Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and maintain full Hours of Service compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and at every customer interaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional truck, trailer, and work environment.
  • Perform basic vehicle care and promptly report any maintenance concerns.
  • Support warehouse operations during non-driving periods, including picking and staging orders, loading and unloading trailers, and assisting with shipping and receiving

What You Will Need

  • Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract and proven safe driving record.
  • Valid passport and eligibility to travel within and enter the United States.
  • Experience operating tractor-trailers and working knowledge of ELDs and Hours of Service regulations.
  • Basic computer, smartphone, and electronic device skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Physically fit, ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform manual labour throughout the workday.
  • Forklift experience is considered an asset.
